Our aim at Twenty76 Apparel is 100% customer satisfaction. Unlike the federal government, we know you can go somewhere else if we screw up and don't make it right. Our premium products are hand crafted by real people, and sometimes mistakes are made. Unlike the federal government however, mistakes on our products are the exception, not the rule.  

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

-Please email us at INFO@TWENTY76.COM within 7 days of recieving your order. You can email us any day of the week and we will respond as soon as possible. 

-Please include your order number along with the word "return" in your email  subject line. 

-Item must be unwashed, and not smell of any fragrances (good or bad).

-Please include a photo of the item, with a short description of why you are  returning the item. We will file the return request with our print provider and they will take it from there. We will get a replacement order shipped out to you asap. 

-Each individual return request is reviewed and responded to personally.

-RETURNS MAY BE MADE FOR EXCHANGES ONLY, NOT FOR A REFUND!  

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS/EXHANGES

-DAMAGED PRODUCTS

-This includes any items recieved in damaged or unsatisfactory condition.

-Please include photos of all damaged areas in your email to us. 

 -MISPRINTED ITEMS

-This includes items that are discolored, or items with incorrect placement or alignment. 

-Please note the mockups shown in the online store are very accurate to the final product you will receive regarding color of garment and print quality. 

AS LONG AS YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEGUN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS, YOU MAY CANCEL OR ADJUST YOUR ITEMS. 

 

UNNACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS

-Wrong size

-Buyer's remorse

We understand that it can be a little more challenging to purchase an item without holding it in your hands and trying it on. We have included size charts with every product listed on our site, and we have found them to be accurate. In our experience through several washes and wears, these products shrink very little to none. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding fit and feel. We have tested our apparel extensively, and are happy to answer any questions you may have!
